Hoheleyer Hütte in Winterberg

Very nicely located restaurant. From there you can enjoy delicious food and a great view. The staff is very friendly. The outside terrace is currently covered with a tent to to be able to offer more seats due to the corona pandemic. Radiant heaters are available there, but unfortunately hardly brought any heat. Maybe blankets and seat cushions would be an option ...

A beautiful hut located directly on the Rothaarsteig. The hut is cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Actually we just wanted to drink coffee and eat cake. But we liked it so much that we spent the whole afternoon there and had a bite to eat in the evening. We were served very nicely, the cake (homemade and large pieces very tasty) The baked potatoes and fried potatoes with fried eggs tasted good and all the ingredients were fresh. We spent a wonderful Sunday in the Hoheleyer hut and will definitely be back.

The view is very nice, but the hut is a little too close to the next house for me. I also think the prices are a bit too high, but that's almost common in gastronomy. Nowadays, who can convert z. B. Spend 13 DM for 1 manta plate? Not us with 3 children! That is price gouging. Starts with the cup of coffee.

Always worth a hike. You feel welcome (very friendly staff). Food tastes delicious and all of that in a rustic atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We cannot judge the food because we only had a drink. The Corona hygiene measures are observed. Dog owners are also welcome there.

The hut in the country and with a lot of charm :). The Hoheleyer Hut is beautifully situated. You have a fantastic view and from there you can go great hiking trails! The food is very, very tasty and the staff friendly and on the ball :). You sit in a cozy atmosphere and the hut-like character makes you feel like you're on a short vacation. I can only recommend a visit!

Nice guests, fast service and cold drinks after a hike. My friend's goulash soup was also delicious.

Very tasty food and very clean! The view is great and the service is good!

The scenery is beautiful and the restaurant lies on multiple hiking trails. The curry worst and schnitzel were nice and the drinks refreshing after our hike up the hill. It we visit Sauerland again we surely comeback.

Hut to stop at ....... You can enjoy the great view with delicious simple dishes. Food is very neat and of good quality. The large sheltered terrace makes your stay a "short vacation".

The food is delicious, the staff very nice. The Hoheleyer hut is very beautiful, you can sit outside and enjoy your meals and drinks outdoors with a view of the calf cow and the panorama. The sanitary facilities are clean. Really reasonable price. We will be back definitely.

Got food there yesterday and, as is now the norm, ate far enough from there. Was very tasty and the staff totally friendly. Will definitely come again if you can sit on the beautiful terrace. Definitely worth a visit.
